For site visitors: no cookies

Our site does not set any cookies, technical or third-party, for people visiting it: this isn’t just a compliance statement — no cookie mechanism is technically present on the public pages. Fonts are hosted directly by us (no requests to Google Fonts), there are no online booking forms or visitor login systems, and the map is a simple link to Google Maps that only opens if you click it (not embedded in the page). For this reason there is no consent banner, and none is needed.

Staff-only area

The management panel for the menu, opening hours and notices (reserved for the owner, never reachable or used by site visitors) uses a single technical cookie, needed to keep the session signed in after login. It is a session cookie, not used for profiling, never shared with third parties, and by its nature exempt from consent requirements (the "strictly necessary" cookie category) — so no banner appears here either. This cookie is never sent to the browser of someone simply visiting the site.

Usage statistics

The site collects usage statistics (pages visited, where visits come from) using a tool hosted directly by us, which does not use cookies: it only collects aggregated, anonymous visit data, without identifying individual users or requiring consent under the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) guidelines.

If this changes

If we ever add tools that require non-essential cookies (e.g. third-party tracking services), we will update this page and introduce a consent banner compliant with the Garante guidelines before activating them.
